Medical Biller

A company is looking for a Medical Biller to assist in revenue cycle functions within the billing department.

Key Responsibilities

Submit medical claims to insurance companies and payers, including Medicare and Medicaid

Review and appeal unpaid and denied claims while processing patient and insurance refund requests

Assist patients with benefit verification and payment plans while ensuring departmental goals are met

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one-year experience with medical billing

High School Diploma or GED

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet

Knowledge of chemical dependency and its effects is preferred
