Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately prepare, dispense, and distribute medications to inpatient departments
• Monitor patient medication therapies, ensuring efficacy and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient-specific treatment plans
• Provide drug information and education to clinical staff and patients
• Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to formulary management
• Ensure pliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience :

• Licensed pharmacist with clinical inpatient experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication management in hospital settings
• Excellent munication and teamwork skills
