Human Resources Assistant
Position Type : Temporary (Estimated Duration : 3-6 months)
Reports To : Human Resources Manager
Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support our hiring efforts during a high-volume recruitment period. This role will focus on resume review, candidate selection, communication with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen applicants based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine candidate fit and prioritize applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR databases.
- Provide status updates to HR and hiring managers on open positions.
- Support additional recruitment-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in human resources, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate resumes against job requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Work Environment & Schedule : Temporary position, Full-Time, Onsite Typical schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
