About the Role
ALL IN ONE Employment Services is partnering with a respected engineering firm in Miami to hire a Bilingual Office Manager . This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting engineering teams, and providing administrative leadership in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and a professional communicator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff in both English and Spanish.
Assist the engineering team with project documentation, reports, and permits.
Maintain office systems, filing, and records management.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and client visits.
Support HR functions, including onboarding, time tracking, and employee communications.
Promote a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Coordinator, preferably in engineering or technical services.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools.
Knowledge of engineering office workflow and documentation is a plus.
