Your Role
As an entry-level IT Administrator, you will provide essential technical support for the organization's IT systems and users. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include account setup, basic troubleshooting, and system administration to keep business-critical systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other critical systems.Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity.Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, hardware configuration, and deactivation of access.Maintain and track IT equipment inventory; coordinate procurement, repairs, and replacements.Monitor system performance and expedite complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.Apply routine software updates, security patches, and system backups to ensure reliability and data protection.Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions; maintain an updated IT knowledge base for end users.Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and industry standards.Assist in developing and implementing process improvements that enhance the IT support experience.Deliver professional, approachable, and customer-focused IT support to all Coastal team members.Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Support or a Help Desk role.Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.Benefits
