The plumber is sometimes the only person a client interacts with, so customer service can be a big part of the job. The ability to keep accurate and complete records is also important. • Install and repair plumbing systems : This involves reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems. Plumbers install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and appliances to ensure proper function.
