Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations Business Intern to join the Aeronautics Systems Intern Program. This position will be located in St. Augustine, FL or Melbourne, FL.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Production Engineering & Operations (PE&O) organization.

The selected candidate will perform a variety of duties in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or for a specific project / business / technical unit.

As an intern, you'll participate in a summer internship program to develop competencies in a variety of specializations that may include :

• Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
• Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.
• Able to use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow.
• Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Intern Pay Range :

Campusjobs Primary Level Salary Range : $1.00 - $1.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
