Lead Program Cost Control Analyst

HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Lead Program Cost Control Analyst to join our team in our Virginia Beach location! Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Control Manager, the Lead Project Controller works alongside a team of Project Controllers and manages the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of performance on projects of varying contract type, size, complexity and level of risk. The Lead Project Controller is a key member of the program team and will act as the "CFO" of the programs assigned and works with the Program Managers and Operations Directors to help define the project's goals and objectives; and recommends actions to improve progress and performance. The Lead Project Controller will interface with Program / Project Managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including contracts, finance, accounts receivable, subcontract management and procurement. A hybrid work schedule is authorized.
