A company is looking for a No-Fault Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage account follow-up for no-fault cases, ensuring timely authorization and claim resolution

Communicate with clinics and insurance companies to verify authorizations and address issues

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Risk Management practices while attending required training

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in medical billing and account receivable follow-up

Understanding of clinic operations related to patient registration and cash collections

Knowledge of insurance reimbursement, authorization, and collection practices

Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and manage multiple tasks accurately

Strong leadership skills and effective interpersonal skills
