Virtual Chat Support - Laboratory Express $27-32 / hour | Full-time | Remote | Training Provided About the Role Laboratory Express is seeking a Virtual Chat Support representative to provide online customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Work from home while helping people access important laboratory testing services.
Key Responsibilities Respond to online chat inquiries from patients and healthcare providers Assist with test scheduling, appointment booking, and location information Answer questions about test preparation, insurance coverage, and billing Process basic patient information requests and provide general laboratory information Escalate complex medical or technical questions to appropriate laboratory staff Maintain accurate documentation of all chat interactions in CRM system Provide excellent customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, chat support, or call center experience preferred Excellent written communication skills and fast, accurate typing Strong computer skills and ability to multitask between multiple chat windows Reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home No healthcare experience required - comprehensive training in laboratory services and medical terminology provided!
