Assistant Project Manager (New York)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Assist with preparing and reviewing contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for project progress, costs, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
