Overview
Acrisure is a global Fintech company seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and coordinate client service delivery, renewal processes, and team operations within the Toledo, OH area. The role focuses on client service commitments, coordination with Producers and Service Teams, and ensuring high client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manages the overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery. This includes coordinating, coaching, and prioritization assistance with Account Associates, as well as reviewing and managing the overall workload.
- Leverages knowledge in client services, insurance processing and customer experience to develop, coach, and assist Account Associates and other team members.
- Assists Producers and Account Executives with Client service commitments.
- Ensures service standards are met, identifies trends, and implements process improvements on the team.
- Acts as the day-to-day client contact, focusing on troubleshooting issues and helping clients make well-informed decisions that position the client for success.
- Manages the new business and renewal process, and oversees day-to-day client changes.
- Accounts for client service delivery through high and / or increased client retention, rounding of accounts, referrals, and uneventful renewals.
- Ensures pre-renewal information is sent out within service standards and follows up with clients and insurance markets for timely responses on quotes.
- Manages renewal marketing plans with Producers and Service Teams and ensures the plan is executed; creates accurate proposals / deliverables for renewal meetings.
- Reviews quotes for accuracy, negotiates additional coverage / price with underwriters, and completes renewal bind processes and checklists.
- Ensures files are accurately documented to minimize E&O exposure and respond quickly to client requests.
Required Qualifications
Current Insurance License in Health & Life for the state where the agency office is located.Ability to work toward professional designation.Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills.Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Education and Experience
High school diploma (college preferred).Bachelor's Degree in a Business or related field OR equivalent relevant experience.A minimum of 5 years' experience within the insurance industry or business-related experience.Benefits and Perks
