The Tomahawk Chief of Staff will report directly to the Tomahawk Execution Director and provide comprehensive support to the Tomahawk program leadership team. The Tomahawk Chief of Staff will be responsible for the integration, coordination, and execution of business processes to ensure that the program and capture milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.

This role will involve the following key responsibilities :

• Program Integration and Coordination : Oversee the integration of various program components, ensuring that all elements are aligned and working cohesively towards common goals.
• Business Process Management : Develop, implement, and manage business processes that support the successful execution of the program. This includes process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Milestone Achievement : Monitor and track program and capture milestones, ensuring that all deadlines are met and any potential issues are addressed promptly.
• Execution Project Management : Manage and implement ad-Hoc Program Management Scope Additions as they arise, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in meeting program needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Regularly interface with program management, customers, and key functional partners. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and providing updates to ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Tomahawk Portfolio Chief of Staff will play a critical role in driving the success of the Tomahawk program, ensuring that objectives are met and that the program operates smoothly and efficiently.

This is an onsite position located at our Tucson, AZ facility. Relocation assistance is NOT currently available.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
