Operations Manager

As an early Neros employee, you will get to help decide the direction of our future as an Operations Manager. We are looking for someone to set the tone for operational excellence at Neros through developing systems and processes to ensure that daily operations run without friction.

You should be someone who enjoys problem solving and is comfortable managing various tasks within human resources, facilities, IT management and more. This is a high impact role that is both highly strategic and execution focused.

Additionally, you will be managing the following areas :

• Working with outside vendors and counsel to maintain ITAR compliance
• Internal company tools / software management
• Manage IT Systems and provisioning (until a full time IT person is hired)
• Manage company payroll
• Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and supplies (IT, equipment, desks, snacks, etc.)
• Organize, track, and manage the logistics of incoming / outgoing hardware, vet / acquire tools to automate these processes
• Manage purchase orders and budget tracking
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
• Coordination of events such as company parties, investor visits, and more

You should have the following :

US Salary Range

$100,000 - $160,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
