Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for bringing Culture Kings’ brand to life through high-quality, on-brand visual design across digital, retail, and campaign touchpoints. This role focuses on delivering compelling and consistent creative assets that elevate the customer experience and support marketing objectives. Working closely with the Creative Lead and wider Brand & Digital teams, the Graphic Designer will execute design briefs with attention to detail, creative flair, and a strong understanding of Culture Kings’ unique visual identity.

Salary $70,000 - $90,000 a year

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact creative assets

Design graphics and visual content for a range of touchpoints including digital marketing (email, paid social, site), in-store screens, campaign rollouts, activations, events, and more.

Interpret and action design briefs effectively, asking clarifying questions to ensure outputs meet business and creative objectives.

Manage your workflow to meet deadlines, working efficiently within team processes and timelines.

Work closely with the Creative Lead, Content, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure consistent visual messaging across all platforms.

Apply and uphold Culture Kings’ brand guidelines in all designs, maintaining a cohesive and premium visual identity.

Stay up to date with design, fashion, and cultural trends to help keep Culture Kings’ visual outputs fresh, current, and competitive.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Meet deadlines as per the creative brief, ensuring timely delivery of all design work.

Minimise revisions by delivering accurate, polished work that aligns with brand guidelines from the outset.

Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on design quality, communication, and responsiveness.

Demonstrate initiative in bringing forward ideas or contributing to creative discussions and campaign ideation.

Maintain use of approved templates and shared assets; avoid off-brand design elements in execution.
