Responsibilities

In conjunction with Sr. Creative Director, oversee and uphold the Lazy Dog brand(s) identity.

Conceptualize, design, produce and execute innovative design concepts for a variety of assets including, but not limited to, website graphics, social, infographics, animation, digital marketing materials, print collateral, packaging, and branding initiatives.

Lead and / or participate in creative brainstorming sessions for design projects.

Lead the graphic design team in creating and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.

Partner with internal teams (i.e. marketing, social, membership, product, and UX) to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the quality and impact of design outputs.

Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and working within budget.

Present design ideas and drafts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Oversee the final production of design assets, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of professional design experience, with a proven track record in a design role. Seven (7) years or more prior experience is preferred.

Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles.

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with web design software (e.g., Figma) is preferred, as is prior experience with UC / UI design, video editing and / or copy writing, photography and / or video production skills. A plus but not required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, schedules, and meet deadlines.
