Position Summary :

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Tech Engineer II - Tech Engineering.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer system experience
• Install, configure, manage and execute upgrades of client server applications (ex. BusinessObjects, Tableau, Metric Insights, etc...)
• Develop, implement, and test disaster recovery strategy and mechanisms
• Performance Tune Intelligent Server, and Web Server for best results
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for BusinessObjects, Tableau and other client server application environments
• Maintain onboarding documents and provide mass broadcasts / onboarding / coaching for new BI employees and contractors
• Provide regular status reports to management
• Perform user administration, including creation of users and groups, removing inactive users, and conducting license audits to ensure adherence to licensing requirements
• Write and maintain system administration process documents
• Monitor and Manage Helpdesk queues within stipulated SLAs

Typically requires 7 or more years of experience and a BA / BS degree.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $97,589.96 - $99,306.10 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses / incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
