Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking an Associate to join its Asset and Corporate Finance Practice Group.

We are seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join a dynamic and collaborative team advising national and international clients across the firm’s global platform.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, with meaningful experience in one or more of the following areas :

Leveraged finance

Asset finance (including real estate finance )

Structured finance

Loan workouts

The Asset and Corporate Finance practice group represents lenders, borrowers, servicers, and other market participants in a wide variety of complex financing transactions.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys who provide active mentoring , with significant opportunities for client contact and increased responsibility .

Base Compensation : $240,000 – $320,000 / year
