Role snapshot (Second Shift)

• Keep extrusion blow molding assets performing at their best across container sizes and colors.
• Own quality checks on bottles to ensure they meet specifications.
• Execute set-ups and mold hangs; verify machines are production-ready.
• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain supporting systems : chillers, air compressors, grinders, and blenders.
• Recommend method and equipment improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
• Communicate manufacturing issues to supervisors; assist teammates in timely problem resolution.
• Back up operators on any shift when coverage is needed.
• Enforce safety rules, GMP practices, and excellent housekeeping.
• Handle other related duties as assigned.
