job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEnsure the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the QC Microbiology Laboratories. Prepare microbiological media and control plates for routine testing and growth promotion. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment including pH meters, pumps, and analytical balances. Perform daily performance checks and routine calibrations to ensure equipment accuracy. Manage decontamination and proper disposal of laboratory waste. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate PPE. Follows all cGMP rules and regulations. Handle microbiological samples for retention, in-house testing, and shipment to contract laboratories. Prepare and deliver samples for internal and external analysis, coordinating with the Shipping Department as needed. Maintain accurate laboratory records in compliance with GMP / GLP standards. Organize and label QC files; prepare documents for warehouse or off-site storage. Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and document packing. A high school diploma Laboratory experience in a cGMP facility, including experience with the proper operation of laboratory instrumentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in microbiological testing within a regulated environment. Test and prepare accurate daily records and documents that report the results of their lab work for lot release. Laboratory experience in a cGMP facility. Pharmaceutical Microbiology QC Chemistry Laboratory Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
