Administrative Coordinator (Intermediate Or Senior), Continuing Medical Education
The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and project support to the Director of Continuing Professional Development and the Continuing Education (CE) team. This role is vital to enhancing the productivity, organization, and overall efficiency of the Director while also playing a key support role for CE Program Managers during critical stages of planning and delivering healthcare continuing education programs. These programs include live in-person, remote, and online courses. The coordinator assists in a wide range of responsibilities across the course lifecycle, including content and faculty management, on-site support, committee coordination, facilities, marketing, catering, registration, evaluation, data and timeline management, budgeting and finance, and record-keeping.

Intermediate Administrative Coordinator :
Education : High School Diploma
Experience : At least four years experience
Senior Administrative Coordinator :
Education : High School Diploma
Experience : Six years of experience. Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
Physical Demands :
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
