Direct Hire | Full-Time

What You'll Be

Preparing legal documents such as motions, objections, and correspondence

Assisting with discovery and managing case files

Preparing medical evidence for trial and hearings

Filing and serving legal documents in State and Federal courts (experience with e-filing required)

Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email

Supporting attorneys with trial prep and hearing materials

Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records

Coordinating permanent impairment evaluations

What They're Looking

1-3 years of law firm experience, preferably in personal injury, workers comp, or social security disability

Experience managing personal injury files and working with claims adjusters

Knowledge of court rules, discovery deadlines, and trial prep processes

Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Filevine (experience scanning / maintaining electronic files is a plus)

Team player who can also work independently
