A company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Automation Specialist to bridge sales and marketing through AI-driven demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels using automation to attract, qualify, and convert prospects
Launch and optimize paid campaigns across various channels to drive consistent pipeline growth
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and design multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in B2B growth, lead generation, or performance marketing
Fluency in running paid acquisition campaigns and optimizing for cost-per-lead and conversion metrics
Experience with AI and automation tools to scale workflows and insights
Understanding of sales pipeline dynamics and marketing attribution
(Nice-to-have) Experience in the crypto or media industry
