- Defining Out of Control Action Plans
- Developing and writing specifications
- Reducing cycle time
- Qualifying process and equipment
- Supporting development or transfer activities.
- Implementation of Six-Sigma statistical process control methods
Qualifications :
BS Degree or higher in engineering or science3+ years of industry experience as an Equipment Engineer in a semiconductor FabExperience in equipment engineering in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environmentExperience in one of the following area's Cleans, Wets, Photo or Metrology tools PreferredS trong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated; able to take initiative and effectively prioritize workA desire to work in a team environment and to create a positive work environmentAbility to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment and process performance data and produce a timely action plan to resolve recurring failuresDemonstrated presentation skills. Candidate will be called upon to train others and present complex datasets and process problems / solutions to diverse audiencesCompetent in troubleshooting problems and capable of applying logic to isolate and solve themAbility to deal with multiple issues and shifting prioritiesAbility to interact professionally and effectively with multiple disciplines in a 24x7 manufacturing facilityGood foundational problem-solving skills with creative solutions and out-of-the-box thinkingSelf-motivated; able to take initiative and effectively prioritize work for selfPrevious experience in Lean Manufacturing methods is highly desirableExperience collaborating and driving supplier improvements to develop robust hardware and processesFamiliar with production MES and engineering software systems such as JMP, FDC (FabGuard), et. al.Safety and Quality minded approach and work habitMust be a US Citizen or have Permanent Resident visa status due to Export Control licensing requirements
