Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. Experience with engineering platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, and Kubernetes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or DevOps certifications are a plus. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges (varies by location) and Total Rewards including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Hybrid work model with most client-serving roles expected to work in person 40-60% of the time. Technology Consulting – Managed Services - Digital Engineering Operations Services - Senior Manager at EY. EY’s Technology Operations Managed Services team (Tech Ops) works with some of the world's largest companies. The opportunity is to lead delivery, transformation, and optimization of digital engineering services across client engagements, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with EY’s quality standards and client expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital engineering operations services across multiple client engagements.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering services with business goals.
- Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and client workshops.
- Ensure compliance with EY’s risk management and security standards.
