Co-Brand Card Audience Modernization Associate

The Marketing Transformation team focuses on accelerating audience modernization to support Co-Brand Card Marketing strategies.

By partnering closely with Card Marketing, Marketing Ops, Data and Analytics, and various Product / Tech teams, the team aims to understand and implement targeted Co-Branded Card Marketing strategies and goals. Success is achieved through the development and adoption of data and capabilities, delivering timely and personalized messages and experiences across all communication channels.

As a Co‑Brand Card Audience Modernization Associate on the Marketing Transformation team, you will be a trusted advisor to marketing strategy, execution, and analytics teams across the Co‑Brand Credit Card business unit. You will learn from existing teams who support targeted audiences using established processes. You will support creation and adoption of new processes to deliver comparable or better results using modernized audience data and platforms. You will need to use and improve practices being created for end‑to‑end targeted audience creation and message personalization on our latest platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate with management support and clearly‑defined objectives as a flexible, analytical problem‑solver who can navigate Co‑Brand Card marketing and audience management, and develop a passion for enabling our target state for personalized, omni‑channel marketing.
• Learn and understand existing audience management processes and tools through review of existing documentation and training material, and partnerships with current experts.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to understand Co‑Brand marketing strategies and needs.
• Support target‑state audience management strategies, platforms, data, and their adoption.
• Review existing Co‑Brand Card Marketing campaigns and strategies, decompose into plain‑language description of the information needed to target and execute them. Partner with your team and partners to identify best sources for that information. Where the data requires transformation, generate build‑ready requirements for a Tech team to engineer, test, and move to production environment.
• Document your work to support creation of repeatable processes. This will be useful for training and knowledge sharing, and should identify any control or compliance needs and activities that can be raised with experts in those areas.
• Participate in the Audience Modernization Program to help deliver on the prioritized needs of Co‑Brand Card Marketing.
• Manage and track progress on plans to replace existing list‑ and attribute‑based audiences to modern‑build audiences for Co‑Brand campaigns. This will be done in close partnership with current Audience Management, Marketing, and Marketing Ops teams.
