Promote a positive workplace culture and support performance review processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR records and databases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ years of HR experience, focusing on generalist roles
Certification such as SHRM, CHRP, or HRCI is a plus
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency with HRIS software and G Suite / Microsoft Office Suite
