A well-established, family-owned general contractor on the Peninsula is seeking a Project Executive to lead its growing portfolio of high-profile commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects. The firm, founded in the 1980s and now run by a second generation of leadership, has become a trusted partner for complex occupied lab and office renovations across Silicon Valley. The company has a particularly strong relationship with Apple and Stanford, consistently winning repeat work and delivering large-scale, fast-paced TI projects ranging from $10M-$20M.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Executive should have :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years managing large-scale ($10M+) TI projects.
• Proven success delivering occupied lab or technical office TIs, ideally for Apple, Stanford, or similar clients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor project teams and manage multiple complex efforts simultaneously.
• Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

What's on Offer

Competitive salary of $170,000 to $190,000 based on experience. Bonus potential ranging from 12-15% of base salary.
