Corporate Refrigeration Coordinator

Corporate Refrigeration Coordinator - PSM Specialist

A trusted supplier of fresh and frozen meat blends serving both wet and dry pet food manufacturers across the U.S.

What You'll Do

As our Corporate Refrigeration Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our refrigeration systems run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. You'll collaborate with local teams, external partners, and leadership to optimize performance and drive energy savings across all our plants.

Your responsibilities will include :

System Oversight & Optimization

Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, gas) and recommend cost-saving strategies.

• Maintain and update technical documentation and inventories for all ammonia installations.
• Audit refrigeration systems annually and report findings to senior leadership.

PSM Program Leadership

Coordinate and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) programs across all facilities.

Team Development & Support

Train and mentor refrigeration personnel, fostering a safety-first culture.

Project & Compliance Management

Review and support CAPEX refrigeration projects.
