A company is looking for a Project Support Coordinator for a 12-month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and track daily tasks for a 60+ person team

Monitor workflow and resolve bottlenecks

Maintain and report on task timelines, workload analytics, and project progress

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in workforce coordination, project scheduling, or similar roles

Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Strong organizational skills

Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
