CRM Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION •Extracting and / or loading data in the organizations CRM

•Supporting Operations Director with overseeing cybersecurity measures

•Ensuring all hardware and software of the organization are updated and maintained

•Monitoring the performance of hardware and software related to database functionality

•Manages, authenticates, and implement data based on user type and preserving data integrity

•Ethically handling private data, including financial and business data

•Assists Operations Director with the design and development of data models and reports for publishing as needed

•Assists with the development and implementation of database standards and methodologies

•Researches, recommends, and implements database software upgrades

•Manages accounts and passwords; changes and updates as needed

•Analyzes and reports on database metrics; administers and controls data resources
