- Junior Design Engineer
- , you will play a key role in supporting the intake and execution of company-wide innovation projects. Youll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop visual design packages, build plans, and bill-of-materials for cutting-edge network and product architectures. This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to real-world engineering solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and documentation of MSO architectures including CRAN, DAA, NDC, HFC, and cloud video.
- Support the creation of visual design packages, build plans, and bill-of-materials.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to troubleshoot issues and develop implementation strategies.
- Participate in technical discovery, project planning, and financial tracking.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering operations and tooling, including DCIM systems.

- Basic understanding of IP / RF / Optical networks and critical infrastructure systems.
- Exposure to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) concepts.
- Ability to analyze technical challenges and contribute to strategic solutions.
