The Senior Vice President (SVP), Alliances and Channels, is responsible for developing and expanding partner ecosystems, designing and implementing go-to-market strategies for indirect channels, managing relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth through the partner network. This role ensures the partner strategy aligns with the company's overall objectives, and involves close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and product teams.
What You'll Own
- Partner Ecosystem Development : Building and expanding networks of channel partners, system integrators, and technology alliances.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Designing and implementing strategies to effectively sell through indirect channels and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management : Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key partners and alliance organizations.
- Revenue Generation : Driving revenue growth by transforming the partner network into a powerful, revenue-driving engine.
- Strategic Alignment : Ensuring the partner strategy is aligned with the company's overall objectives, including its AI and data cloud vision.
- Internal Collaboration : Working closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging.
What You Need to Succeed
Strategic Channel Development : Proven experience in designing, building, and scaling partner programs, including channel sales, system integrators, and technology alliances. This includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies for indirect channels.Relationship Management and Negotiation : Exceptional ability to cultivate, nurture, and manage high-level relationships with key partners, alliance organizations, and internal stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills are crucial for securing beneficial partnerships.Revenue Growth through Partnerships : A demonstrated track record of driving significant revenue growth by transforming partner networks into effective sales engines. This includes setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets through indirect channels.Business Acumen and Market Understanding : Deep understanding of relevant industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to ensure partner strategies align with overall business objectives.Cross-functional Leadership : Experience collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution, consistent messaging, and overall alignment of partner initiatives with company goals.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze market data, partner performance, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic solutions.What Sets Us Apart

The OTE for this role is between $440,000 and $470,000 including salary and variables. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
