Data Governance Foundation Manager
Working directly for the Head of Governance for the Adjustment Reduction and Data Automation program and closely with the Accountable Executive, the Program Manager will lead and support the design, buildout, and execution of a sustainable operating model across the firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional program management skills, capable of distilling complex issues into concise, compelling materials that drive informed decision-making at the highest levels.
The successful candidate will shape the narrative for senior governance forums, ensuring leadership is equipped with the insight, context, and analysis needed to guide strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of a sustainable operating model, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory commitments.
- Partner with senior leaders across business, operations, and technology to define scope, priorities, and success measures.
- Develop high-quality governance materials, executive updates, and strategic summaries that clearly frame key decisions, risks, and recommendations.
- Facilitate senior decision-making by presenting complex issues with clarity, precision, and strategic relevance.
- Establish and maintain strong governance structures to ensure effective tracking, reporting, and escalation.
- Build and sustain cross-firm relationships to influence outcomes and align on strategic decisions.
- Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges by thinking quickly and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Manage workstreams, dependencies, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven track record in program management at the Director level or equivalent, preferably within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated industry.Demonstrated experience designing and delivering sustainable operating models or large-scale transformation programs.Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, strategic leadership materials for governance and decision-making.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on one's feet and make sound recommendations under pressure.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at the senior executive level.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership.Familiarity with change management methodologies and strategic planning processes.Advanced capabilities in crafting clear, compelling governance narratives and executive-level materials.
