Commercial Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft complaints, dispositive motions, discovery, and complex legal memoranda.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on a wide range of commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Participate in client meetings, hearings, and litigation strategy sessions.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Represent clients in court, including presenting oral arguments and handling trials.
