Requirements
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivots) and SQL for data extraction, comparison, and validation.
Managing cross-references between items and locations (e.g., warehouse, OR, pharmacy, dietary); Providing actionable analytics and reporting for inventory optimization at the departmental and system level.
This is a remote position.
Requirements
Requires experience with Oracle BICC, OTBI, BI Publisher, or Power BI for reporting and analytics; Working knowledge of data conversion templates (FBDI) and mass upload tools; Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivots) and SQL for data extraction, comparison, and validation. Activities to include, but not limited to : Creating and maintaining Item Master data, incl configuration of UOM (Units of Measure), categories, templates, item attributes, and item relationships; Familiarity with GPO contracts, item price updates, and manufacturer / vendor item synchronization; Linking items to Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), Contract Purchase Agreements (CPAs), and Approved Supplier Lists (ASL); Validating that item–supplier relationships and pricing tiers are correctly reflected in downstream purchasing transactions; Configuring items for multiple inventory organizations or sub inventories; Managing cross-references between items and locations (e.g., warehouse, OR, pharmacy, dietary); Providing actionable analytics and reporting for inventory optimization at the departmental and system level.
