Pay Range : $41 - $46 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as hands-on SME for Mainframe / ETL applications; resolve Priority 1-3 production issues.
• Support application releases, deployments, and after-hours / on-call activities.
• Perform production ticket triage, root cause analysis, and code / DB fixes.
• Generate ad-hoc data reports and maintain documentation of issues and processes.
• Recommend process, enhancement, and performance improvements.
