ANCILLARY ASSISTANT

Ancillary Assistant

Part time - 32 hours per week. Provide patient family support during surgery with updates. Works closely with the OR supervisor and 3T supervisor to understand where S / O are in the surgical process.

Education Minimum : High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred : Medical or Nursing Assistant training Registration / Certification / Licensure : Heartsaver CPR and Act 33 / 73 clearances Experience Minimum : Six months experience in a medical environment with data entry. Preferred : One year as an assistant in a medical environment. Other Requirements : Ability to self-start and efficiently complete tasks and duties. Responsible to safely access, transport, and handle sharps, such as needles, suture kits, lancets, syringes, etc. Status : Non-Exempt Physical Requirements :
