The Job :

As a Product Manager you'll be part of our Power Tools Accessories team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to :

• Become the product expert for Oscillating Accessories & Jig Saw Blade product lines. This includes full product line responsibility as well as the P&L.
• Maintain a strong awareness of trends in the industry and related industries to develop a deep understanding of the Industry, Distribution / Route to Market and the End User.
• Work with End-Users & Consumer Insights Teams to capture, assess and translate the Voice of the Consumer into actionable programs that meet End-User, Distributor / Retail Partner and SBD Organizational needs.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle process, alongside the North American based Product Engineering, Operations teams and Global Commercial teams from concept to delivery.
• Support Operations in the Domestic manufacturing facility in activities like but not limited to : solving problems, identifying future growth requirements & productivity targets all while striving for optimum Service Level.
• Responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the profitable management of pricing and gross margins.
• Full ownership and preparation for customer meetings, line reviews, product trainings, etc.
• Assist in leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, as well as, act as the point of contact for Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Engineering & Brand teams.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $65,500.00 - $90,000.00 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
