Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management — preferably within logistics, healthcare, or service industries. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits. Proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot and GSuite tools. Fluent in English; Russian and Spanish language skills are a strong advantage. Role Overview
Rx2Go is seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to expand our customer base in the Miami, Florida area. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients through multiple channels , building lasting relationships, and promoting Rx2Go’s logistics and pharmaceutical delivery solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward business development. This is a key growth position for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new customers for Rx2Go through all possible channels — including in-person visits, calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships focused on trust, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-field sales meetings, presentations, and product / service demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop a clear understanding of Rx2Go’s service offerings and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
