What You’ll Do : What You’ll Do

As a Fiber Field Sales Representative , you’ll be out in the community every day, introducing customers to the future of connectivity— fiber internet . This isn’t a desk job—it’s hands-on, people-first, and full of energy.

We partner with multiple providers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, giving you the opportunity to represent fast, reliable fiber services that truly improve people’s lives. With demand for stronger internet growing every day, you’ll be helping families and homeowners upgrade to the gold standard of connectivity.

Because you’ll be traveling between different neighborhoods and partner areas, a valid driver’s license and a reliable car are required. Strong English communication skills are also necessary, as you’ll be connecting directly with customers.

  • Engage directly with homeowners and residents through door-to-door interactions, introducing them to our partners’ services in a friendly and professional way.
  • Build genuine connections by listening to customers’ needs, answering questions, and helping them find the right solution.
  • Represent our brand and partners with confidence and positivity , making every conversation count.
  • Learn proven sales strategies from our team while adding your own personality and style to the role.

At this time, we do not offer traditional benefits (like health insurance or retirement plans). Instead, we provide a higher commission structure with uncapped earning potential , giving you the opportunity to directly control your income.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable car required
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with door-to-door field sales and face-to-face interactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience in Fiber Optics - Sales or Other
  • Experience in Sales from Solar, alarm systems or other D2D sales.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused roles
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish / English is a big plus)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps / tools to track performance and customer interactions
  • Natural ability to build rapport quickly and make others feel valued
  • Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
  • High energy, adaptability, and a positive mindset in the face of challenges
