About this Opportunity :

The Controls Hardware Engineering Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supervising the Controls Hardware Engineer team. This role ensures successful design, integration, and delivery of industrial automation hardware solutions across multiple industries. The Manager provides both technical direction and organizational leadership, ensuring compliance with standards, adherence to project budgets / schedules, and continuous improvement of engineering processes. Travel is required. (10-15% a year and mostly local)

Evolution Motion Solutions is headquartered in Farmers Branch, TX with additional offices in TX, UT, AL, AZ, MT, OK, MA, MI IN, IL, OH and Canada. This position will be based out of our Auburn Hills, M I facility.
