Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service engineering, product support, or digital application operations
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, service workflows, and incident management
- Experience with technical documentation, process validation, and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work in a regulated, quality-driven environment
