Position and Project Overview :
San Diego BioMed (SDB) is seeking a full-time or part-time, focused and detail-oriented Research Associate to work in the laboratory of one of its Professors / Principal Investigators. The lab is focused on chromatin 3D organization / replication timing using pluripotent stem cells / in vitro differentiation / genome editing with CRISPR / genomics. The major goals of the lab are to understand the mechanisms regulating replication timing during cell fate transitions. The Research Associate will perform a variety of hands-on research duties in the laboratory.
Project details :
Identifying the DNA sequence requirements of ERCEs (early replication Control Elements) using a high throughput insertion assay.

Pay Range :
The pay range for this position is : $55,000 -70,000 per year. San Diego BioMed will evaluate various factors in determining the final salary offered to the successful candidate.
