We invite you to contribute your talents!\n\nWe are seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday. This position includes a $5000 sign-on bonus!\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Lead and support nursing staff to guarantee excellent care for residents.\n
• Manage daily operations, including staff assignments and resource distribution.\n
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans.\n
• Conduct regular assessments / audits to uphold quality standards.\n
• Provide mentorship, training, and support for nursing staff.\n

• A valid state nursing license.\n
• An advanced degree or certification is preferred.\n
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity in Long-Term Care is a plus.\n
• A compassionate approach to patient care.\n
• An interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill.\n
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
