We invite you to contribute your talents!\n\nWe are seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday. This position includes a $5000 sign-on bonus!\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
- Lead and support nursing staff to guarantee excellent care for residents.\n
- Manage daily operations, including staff assignments and resource distribution.\n
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to create and execute care plans.\n
- Conduct regular assessments / audits to uphold quality standards.\n
- Provide mentorship, training, and support for nursing staff.\n

- A valid state nursing license.\n
- An advanced degree or certification is preferred.\n
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity in Long-Term Care is a plus.\n

- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n
