Our client, based in Knoxville, TN, is in the midst of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, a program that spans continents, departments, and core business functions. They are seeking an experienced Oracle Solutions Architect to lead the design and alignment of their global Oracle blueprint.

As an Oracle Solutions Architect, you ll lead the design and integration of Oracle modules across ERP, HCM, Payroll, SCM, and more, ensuring they align seamlessly across regions.

This is an on-site, direct-hire role based in Knoxville, TN.

COMP : $165K - $200K based on candidate s experience

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING :

  • Design the global Oracle Cloud blueprint, ensuring all modules integrate seamlessly across geographies and business units.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions that work across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver a cohesive solution architecture.
  • Drive adoption of Oracle best practices, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and long-term maintainability.

    • WHAT YOU LL BRING :

  • 10+ years of enterprise applications experience, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Solution Architecture.
  • Proven track record leading global Oracle Cloud deployments across multiple modules (ERP, HCM, Payroll, SCM).
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Reporting / Analytics, and global security / compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams from IT architects to business leaders.
  • Experience navigating global business environments and ensuring solutions are audit-ready and regulation-compliant.
  • Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year.
