Overview

OHFA is seeking a dedicated Housing Grant Analyst 2 for the 9% team and two (2) Housing Grant Analyst 2s for the 4% team who will...

• Score, underwrite & review applications for tax credit & gap financing for Multifamily Housing Projects
• Prepare Multifamily Housing Project funding packages for OHFA Board approval
• Process bond paperwork (e.g., inducement, final resolution) & prepare subsidy funding agreements
• Review subsidy resource draw requests & disbursements to ensure compliance with agency guidelines
• Provide training & technical assistance to stakeholders (e.g., developers, lenders) on multifamily program regulations

Please note, there is only one position description attached but we are filling three positions. With the exception of to whom the positions are reporting, the position descriptions are the same. The primary program focus (i.e., 4% or 9% Low Income Tax Credit Programs) will vary based upon the section to which the employee is assigned.

The selected candidates will be required to report to OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.
