Position Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Tempe. This full-time, in-office role supports commercial construction projects with a focus on exterior cladding and building envelope systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to read technical drawings, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to create accurate estimates
- Review project specifications and scope
- Use Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and markups
- Prepare detailed proposals using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage time efficiently to meet bid deadlines
