Sun Door and Trim, Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented problem solver to play a key part in our success as a full-time Commercial Construction Estimator. Our Phoenix, AZ team is committed to going above and beyond for our clients.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 per year. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Paid vacation time, Paid sick time, and Paid holidays.

What does our Commercial Construction Estimator do?

Precision and attention to detail are your keys to success as you coordinate our estimating processes and generate accurate results for clients. You thoroughly analyze essential documentation and gather all the information necessary to create accurate cost and labor estimates for potential projects. You review project scopes, methods, work schedules, and potential risks, and ask clarifying questions to create bid proposals. You actively communicate with clients, contractors, owners, and others to generate your estimates and demonstrate why we are the best choice for the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate estimating processes and generate accurate cost and labor estimates for potential projects
