Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join our Medical Products Team in Wilmington , Massachusetts .

Summary :
The Clinical Solutions Specialist (CSS) is a field-based role responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and ongoing support of Analog Devices’ healthcare technologies such as the Sensinel™ Cardiopulmonary Management (CPM) System , a noninvasive wearable solution for heart failure management. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare providers, the CSS leads clinical training, supports patient onboarding, and works closely with care teams to embed the solution into daily workflows. This role also serves as a key liaison between customers and internal ADI teams, translating real-world feedback into actionable insights for product development. The CSS plays a hands-on role in troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of devices, and participates in collaborative meetings to evaluate program performance. With a strong blend of clinical understanding, technical aptitude, and relationship-building skills, the CSS supports driving both clinical and operational success across healthcare settings.
