Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Solutions Specialist (CSS) to join our Medical Products Team in Wilmington , Massachusetts .

Summary :

The Clinical Solutions Specialist (CSS) is a field-based role responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and ongoing support of Analog Devices’ healthcare technologies such as the Sensinel™ Cardiopulmonary Management (CPM) System , a noninvasive wearable solution for heart failure management. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare providers, the CSS leads clinical training, supports patient onboarding, and works closely with care teams to embed the solution into daily workflows. This role also serves as a key liaison between customers and internal ADI teams, translating real-world feedback into actionable insights for product development. The CSS plays a hands-on role in troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of devices, and participates in collaborative meetings to evaluate program performance. With a strong blend of clinical understanding, technical aptitude, and relationship-building skills, the CSS supports driving both clinical and operational success across healthcare settings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary clinical and technical point of contact for assigned customers (Hospitals, Heart Failure Clinics, Accountable Care Organizations and Health plans)
• Lead provider and staff training sessions on using novel medical device solutions, including deploying hardware with patients and reviewing data via software platforms
• Support patient onboarding and ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues in collaboration with ADI technical teams
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and care teams to foster trust and long-term success
• Collaborate with internal and external care teams to follow up on clinical notifications and ensure appropriate provider action
• Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of devices and materials
• Provide insights and feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to support continuous improvement
• Support account growth by helping identify opportunities to expand usage within existing clinical programs
• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. (25-50%) to support implementations and ongoing success

Education Level : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
